Welcome to this Introduction to the Lean Six Sigma White Belt. This lesson is designed as an introduction to starting your Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification. The role of a Lean Six Sigma White Belt is typically to identify areas of improvement within their workplace and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives. The White Belt is part of a larger team, led by a Black Belt or Green Belt, that is focused on improving processes and reducing waste. In order to obtain a certification you must complete all courses within the belt series and pass the exam.
