Many leaders focus on telling their employees what to do, instead of teaching them what to do. This style of leadership is called ‚Äúdirecting,” and it is an ineffective and exhausting way to lead a team.

In this course, you will learn to facilitate a team. Good leaders don’t solve every organizational problem that comes across their desks, and they don’t spend all their time telling employees what to do. These leaders teach their people how to work effectively and how to solve problems.
