Leading Change: Kurt Lewin’s 3 Stages of Change Model

Every organization has to change in order to maintain a competitive edge in the corporate world. Failing to change constitutes to failure. Companies that do not change risk stagnation, ultimately lose the competition and are kicked out of it. Proactive leaders constantly strive to bring change and ensure that the employees adapt to change easily.
