Good leaders make for successful teams, as we will discuss in this elearning course, Leading a Team. In this course we will look at the characteristics, roles and responsibilities of a team leader. We’ll discuss the process of putting together a team and establishing a common goal. We will also look at ways to discover and define your team’s purpose, how to create a workflow, and methods to measure the team’s success. Finally, we will talk about the importance of good communication with the team and provide some tips on ways to keep the team informed.
