Leadership Suite: Multigenerational Management

Managing a multigenerational team is a unique challenge. There are at least four different generations of employees now within the work force. All with their own unique set of experiences, perspectives, principles and ambitions. In this course we attempt to shine a light on the potential difficulties involved with managing across generations and uncover some best practices for new managers to consider when assuming authority over a multigenerational team.
