Jim McCann, business leader, author, philanthropist, and founder of 1-800-Flowers.com, grew up learning that you have to care for others - in large part because of his brother Kevin, who was born with developmental disabilities. But it took him a while to discover that he could tap into that same sense of compassion within his organization.
