Leadership and Power: Using Your Power in Your Community

This elearning course, Using Your Power in Your Community, will review why and how leaders can use their power to benefit their communities. In this course we will look at why leaders become the face of the business, and why and how your community keeps track of how you are supporting them. We will focus on the various ways you can use your power to influence others for the good of the community. We’ll give some examples of ways you can help, and how to use your value, power skills and the bases of power to support your community.
