General Hoover was also a senior intelligence service officer with the CIA, a Homeland Security Adviser to the White House, Chief of Staff of FEMA and an adviser to the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. He also worked as a special agent with the ATF, was a lawyer in private practice and worked as an executive for a Fortune 500 Company.
