Leadership and Ethics: Fostering an Ethical Organizational Culture

Our course, Thirty Minute Mentors: Leadership and Ethics: Fostering an Ethical Organizational Culture, offers great insight on how to cultivate an ethical work environment. This course series features Lieutenant General Reynold Hoover, a retired three-star Army general who served as the deputy commander of the United States Northern Command (the command that serves as the primary defender against a potential invasion of the United States). General Hoover was also a senior intelligence service officer with the CIA, a Homeland Security Adviser to the White House, Chief of Staff of FEMA and an adviser to the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. He also worked as a special agent with the ATF, was a lawyer in private practice and worked as an executive for a Fortune 500 Company.
