This is a training for individuals working in high-energy, fast-paced kitchen environments. Acknowledging the diverse activities taking place simultaneously, from food preparation to dishwashing, the course emphasizes the importance of understanding each worker’s workflow to ensure a safe and coordinated kitchen atmosphere. Focused on areas of a kitchen, common kitchen accidents, and safety precautions, the training aims to equip kitchen staff, including servers, busboys, dishwashers, and chefs, with the knowledge and awareness needed to navigate shared spaces safely.
