Jamie’s Kitchen: Fifteen Lessons on Leadership

Leadership is a personal experience, not a personality trait. This course examines the actions that make successful leaders while encouraging you to develop your own individual leadership style. With the example of Jamie Oliver’s high-pressure role as leader of the restaurant Fifteen, this course illustrates the 4 things that differentiate leaders: different circumstances, different people, different personalities and different types of role models. We will examine 5 characteristics of good workplace leadership: clear direction, hands-on coaching, belief in employees’ abilities, taking responsibility and being adaptable.
