Introduction to the Environment

This course provides learners with an understanding of the impacts of human activities on the environment, and the various restorative responses and natural solutions that can be employed to address these impacts. Upon completing the course, learners will have an understanding of: the impacts of intensive agriculture and raw material extraction, the importance of biodiversity, natural restoration and reforestation, regenerative agriculture and rewilding practices, and, carbon offsetting, carbon insetting, and other natural solutions.
