Introduction to Quality Improvement

In this topic you’ll learn about the Plan-Do-Check-Act model, a four-step problem-solving model used to improve a process or carry out change. It is a team based and iterative approach the most affected Plan-Do-Check-Act cycles starts small to reach the improvement and/ or change you want.
