Introduction to Microsoft Access 2016

Ideal for beginners, this introductory course will explain the basic features of Microsoft Access 2016 and the fundamentals of building a database. You will first learn how to navigate around and customize the user interface. Then, we will walk you through creating a quick database from pre-made templates or by using a wizard. Next, we will explain some fundamentals about database design and introduce the 4 key components of any database: tables, queries, forms and reports. You will learn how each one is created and modified and how they interact. Finally, you will learn about the key benefits and limitations of working with Access instead of programs like Excel.
