Intervention for Non-Compliance: Using Controlling Force

This course is designed to assist law enforcement officers with discovering non-compliance intervention strategies using controlling force. In this course, officer Ryan Tillman, founder of Breaking Barriers United, defines non-compliance and controlling force. He will discuss reasons to use controlling force and how to ensure you are using reasonable force during an arrest.
