Based on real testimonies, it allows learners to step into the shoes and make decisions for Rob, an ambitious and hard working gay man who is worried about fitting in at his new company based on previous workplace experiences. In an awkward but well meaning situation, Rob must make decisions based on whether to react based on his co-workers intentions or the impact that he feels.

Intention is what someone means to do. Impact is how those intentions are received. When there’s a difference between the intention and the impact, it’s time to stop, think, and know what to do next.
