Instructional Design Training

This course identifies the basics of instructional design, what it is, how it works and the phases of the design process, from needs assessment, through design, training delivery and evaluation. You’ll review models of instructional design, the role of the instructional designer and how to work with clients and subject-matter experts. The course is designed to help you create instructional experiences which will enhance the process of learning and skill acquisition for students. You’ll learn how to conduct a task analysis, analyze the needs of the learner and develop appropriate objectives and goals.
Completing this intensive course will give you the knowledge you need to work through the instructional design process, deliver training and evaluate the results of the project.
