It explains the concept of personal leadership power (PLP) and 5 important factors that can help you develop and use yours more effectively. It also addresses 4 barriers that might get in your way, how PLP can help your company, and how to inspire a friend or co-worker to boost their own PLP.

The training course uses a mix of interactive text and audio narration to present information in an engaging way. Case studies and examples help to clarify key points, and there are 2 quizzes to test your knowledge.
