Independence Versus Interdependence

In this course, you will learn that interdependence is a mutual reliance or mutual dependence. While independence at workplace is freedom of ideas, speech, and actions tempered with boundaries for ethical and moral behavior a balancing act, which is tougher than it seems.
Independence has become more important, so that most people even think of the notion of dependency as a bad thing.
A workplace displays interdependence when all of the members within it work together toward a common goal. Rather than keeping to themselves, individuals collaborate and facilitate efforts to progress towards that shared interest.
