Inclusive Language and Communication

Our communication style and the language we use play a vital role in creating an inclusive workplace culture.
Being able to communicate in an inclusive way is key to getting the very best out of our people and meeting the needs of our clients and customers. This course looks at how the language we use and the way we communicate can serve to reinforce bias and perpetuate stereotypes and examines the role that inclusive communication can play in supporting a working culture where everyone feels able to contribute and achieve their potential.
