Inclusive Hiring: Interviewing with Intention

This second module in the ‚ÄúInclusive Hiring” series shifts focus to the interview stage of the hiring process. As human beings, we will always have biases, but with heightened awareness we can control how it impacts the interview process. Participants will learn how to be intentional about mitigating bias during the interview and develop strategies to create a more inclusive interview experience for all candidates.
