Inclusion@Work – Intro to Unconscious Bias: Raising Awareness and Action

Good intentions. That’s the starting point for most of us, but did you know that your intent doesn’t always equal the impact that you make? So, how do you better align your impact with your intent? You learn how to be aware of, to accept, and to interrupt Unconscious Bias. In this course you will learn to recognize what unconscious bias looks like, including three common biases in the workplace: Affinity Bias, Confirmation Bias, and Systemic Bias. We’ll also explore ways to mitigate all three to cultivate a more inclusive and successful organization.
