Inclusion@Work – Creating a Culture of Ownership

Inclusion is a core leadership competency - and diversity and inclusion development can, and should, be integrated into core leadership programs. But who is a leader? Is it the CEO? Is it people managers, human resource representatives, or associates? The answer is ALL OF THE ABOVE. Anyone within an organization is a leader of inclusion. And everyone can make inclusion part of their daily responsibility.
In this course, you will learn how you can create a culture of ownership within your organization and how mitigating the barrier of the Bystander Effect will help achieve that goal. When everyone owns an inclusive culture, that’s when real, sustainable change happens.
