Implement Incentives

When you have determined what will motivate both the entire team and its individual members, it is time to implement incentives. Incentives should be implemented in a way that is understandable, regular, and consistent. Define how to encourage friendly competition and recognize some milestones you may wish to mark with incentives.
Incentives themselves are rewards and benefits used to motivate positive behaviors in your workforce. They come in many forms, like tuition reimbursement, more time off, and additional flexibility in work arrangements.
