How to Be a Terrible Team Member: The Tornado

Part of a series on identifying terrible team members, in this case the team member isn’t a co-worker but rather a manager or supervisor. You’ll discover how to spot “The Tornado” in your workplace and identify how the manager’s attempt at helping does more harm than good.

This course uses Improv actors to demonstrate harmful behavior in the workplace with an entertaining skit on how chaos and confusion reign after “The Tornado” blows through. Complete the course quiz with a passing score of 80 percent and receive a certificate of completion.
