How to Be a Terrible Team Member: Introduction

This course presents an interesting view on the root causes of dysfunctional teams and low morale in the workplace and how to identify them. Using a 360 evaluation survey of the employees of a fictional workplace, the course shows what traits make up terrible team members. These behaviors can cause a toxic work environment that leads to high turnover. Identifying who in your organization exhibits these behaviors is the first step to turning a serious problem into a solution.

This short course is the first in the series How to Be a Terrible Team Member. Each course features short videos and should only take between 7 and 9 minutes to complete. Once you complete this course quiz with a passing score of 80 percent you’ll receive a certificate of completion.
