How Mental Health Presents

In this course, ‘How Mental Health Presents’, you will explore and recognise various signs of mental health issues, as well as how to notice them in a workplace environment. We will start by defining the issues that surround recognising mental health before working through real-life examples. These examples will provide you with series of questions that can help you recognise mental health problems in others and signs in your own behaviour that might indicate a need for support. This course will also give some direction for finding support.
