How Do I Build an Effective Leadership Team?

This course explains the strategies and the groundwork behind building a strong leadership team. You will learn how to use problem solving strategies, reflective listening and goal setting. The course begins by discussing the role of a leadership team, setting agendas and the importance of good communication amongst team members. It also focuses on the team aspect of leadership with examples of team building activities, examples of team exercises and the discussions to have afterwards.
