In this course, you will learn about HIPAA and related federal legislation, and the elements of HIPAA you need to comply with including the Privacy, Security and Enforcement and Breach notification rules. You will also learn about the different types of health data that HIPAA covers, who is covered, and the elements of an effective compliance program.This course is divided into 10 units which cover a full program for HIPAA compliance.
