The Privacy Rule – Authorizations course examines the circumstances under which protected health information may be disclosed, as well as the legal requirements for the authorization form. Although the course does not cover the entire Privacy portion of the Act, after taking it employees will be equipped with sufficient knowledge to handle everyday on-the-job issues.
