HF M&P: 01. An Introduction to Human Factors in Manufacturing and Production

Target Learner: All employees, managers and supervisors working in Manufacturing and Production.

Human Factor in Manufacturing and Production is a training program based on human performance and human error evidence researched for over 50 years, and provides unique and dynamic perspectives into Human Behaviour and Human Error, at the time of, and leading up to an accident.

The series of Human Factor courses are designed specifically for work forces in the Manufacturing and Production environments, where human error remains a major contributor to incidents and accidents.

Manufacturing and Production depends on the performance and vigilance of team members, as well as the performance of infrastructure, equipment, and control systems to keep the system safe. 

This series of courses provides employees with the knowledge, and tools to reduce human error and improve performance.
