In our Helping Your Employees Find Purpose course, we’ll go over what you can do as a manager to help your employees connect and find purpose in the work they are doing. First, we’ll review the negative effects disengaged employees can have on the team and review why connecting with your team and defining purpose is so important. From there, we will explore how you can engage with your department to develop a mission that aligns with your company’s overall vision, discuss why continual feedback and validation is so important and show you how to identify your employee’s individual strengths.
