Hearing Conservation (Employee)

Our Hearing Conservation (Employee) elearning course provides practical tips for protecting your hearing on the job. Did you know that nearly 22 million Americans are exposed to potentially damaging work noise every year? In this course, we’ll review how to protect yourself from hearing loss and we’ll also review the different types of careers and industries that expose employees to risky noise levels. We will also go over the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s (OSHA) standards, regulations employers need to adhere to to prevent hearing damage and employee rights when it comes to hearing conservation. Plus, we will also talk about protective gear you can wear and steps you can take at work to protect your hearing.
