Harassment Prevention (Manufacturing – Global – Supervisor)

Covers Supervisors outside of the US or Canada Organizations around the globe are taking measures to ensure a working environment that is safe, inclusive and harassment-free. Following the #MeToo movement, companies are looking for harassment training that is engaging and relevant for a diverse workforce is an important step in building a positive workplace and educating employees on their rights and responsibilities. Supervisor training covers the same important topics as Non-Supervisor training, but is designed keeping in mind that supervisors have more influence over the workplace, and more responsibility when it comes to recognizing and preventing harassment, and responding to harassment incidents.
