Our Connecticut Scenarios course uses real-world examples to highlight behaviors considered prohibited employment practices under Connecticut state laws and U.S. federal laws. We cover common harassing or discriminatory practices surrounding hiring, disabilities, offensive banter, maternity leave, and more. The information is designed to help employees better understand their own rights and the rights of their colleagues.
