Handling Information in Care Training

This online training course covers Standard 14 of the Care Certificate. It aims to teach the user how important confidentiality is to individuals who receive care and also how breaching confidentiality can breach any trust between the person and the patient. This course will help the user understand data protection laws, like the GDPR, and how to handle patient/resident data with integrity and confidentiality.
