Good or Bad Initiatives

Taking initiative can be done for good reasons, but sometimes-bad reasons. It can be a good idea or bad idea. When taking the initiative, you need to think about the action all around.
Business initiatives are typically internal campaigns that seek to improve an organization’s work environment, company culture or overall business strategy. Some company initiatives can involve external projects, like community service or nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
Strategic initiatives are key action programs focused on achieving a specific objective or closing a gap between a measure’s performance and its target.
