Giving Feedback

This micro-learning course, ‘Giving Feedback’, recognises that giving feedback is a vital part of managing and developing team members, but that doesn’t mean that it comes naturally to everyone. This course will tell you the defining factors of what makes feedback successful, including the correct structure for inclusive, comprehensive feedback and the correct situations to give feedback in. You will also learn the importance on following up on the feedback that you deliver to ensure that you are guiding the recipient on their development journey, rather than just giving them vague directions.
