This Gender Equality in Hiring and Promotions: 02. Supporting Leaders of All Genders course is designed to help companies develop better gender equality when it comes to company leadership promotions and practices. Despite diversification efforts in recent years, white men are still predominately the leaders or C-suite executives at large companies.
