GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU). In other words, the definition of GDPR is the toughest privacy and security law in the world. It imposes obligations onto organizations anywhere, as long as they do target or collect data related to people in the EU.
Processing includes the collection, organization, structuring, storage, alteration, consultation, use, communication, combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of personal data.
