Gathering the Right Tools

Any activity requires the use of the correct tools, and the administrative office is no exception. Administrative binders and other materials are necessary tools that ensure tasks are completed correctly. Because time spent on a task that is not completed is time that could have been spent on anything else to prevent unpleasant feelings from building up every time you recall you have not finished a task to make your work list shorter so you may spend more time on the things you truly want to do.
