All guests deserve high-quality service, but that can be challenging, as we will cover in this elearning course, Interacting with Guests – Special Circumstances. In this course we will discuss ways to prepare for special guest circumstances such as families with children, large groups, and people with disabilities. You’ll gain tips for keeping youngsters calm, using the team to assist with large groups, and recognizing when and when not to offer assistance to someone with a disability. Finally, we will touch on how to deal with food allergens, service dogs, and assisting guests during the meal.
