Forwards and Futures: An Introduction

This course focuses on the most basic derivatives building block, the forward transaction, which can take the form of an Over-the-Counter (OTC) forward contract or an exchange-traded futures contracts. The similarities and the differences between these two product types are examined in detail. The course also covers Contracts for Difference (CFDs), which have similarities to forwards/futures contracts.
