Naturally good hygiene is essential in the safe preparation of food. This Food Hygiene course explores some must do‚It’s and must not do‚It’s when preparing food. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt about the importance of washing hands thoroughly, exactly when washing hands is necessary, the importance of wearing gloves and when, why and how those gloves must be changed during food preparation.
