Food Contaminants and Cross-Contamination: Preventing Person-to-Food Contamination

Learners will be taught a variety of dos and don’ts to prevent the spread of contaminants in their workplace. Some strategies include, wearing gloves, not chewing gum, food tasting technique, and more.
