Finding a Mentor Like You

A mentorship is a great way to grow, but choosing one can be tough, as we discuss in the course Finding a Mentor Like You. In this course we will look at the role of the mentor, how they are able to support you in growing your career, and review some of the dos and don’ts of a mentorship. Finally, we will discuss the importance of your mentor being like you, particularly if you are part of an under-represented group, and give you tips on choosing the best mentor for you.
