Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Traliant’s FERPA training is a course that addresses the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act which is a federal law that keeps student education records confidential. It goes over the rights of students and parents under FERPA and some basic definitions surrounding the law. Finally, this course sets standards for the acceptable release of student records.
