This audio-only course is led by Dr. Cortland Dahl, a research scientist, meditation teacher, and Chief Contemplative Officer at HMI who spent eight years translating Tibetan Buddhist texts before getting his Ph.D. in neuroscience. In this guided meditation, you’ll scan your body, releasing tension as you go. You’ll also notice how it feels to transition from your waking life to the inner world of sleep.
