Fair Lending: Types of Discrimination

This course will discuss overt discrimination, disparate treatment, and disparate impact as well as list some of the common types of discrimination found within the banking industry. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Fair Housing Act prohibit creditors from discriminating against any applicant with respect to all aspects of a credit transaction.
