Fair Lending: Risk Management

This course will provide information in developing and maintaining an effective compliance management system to mitigate fair lending risk. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Fair Housing Act prohibit banks from discrimination in any aspect of a credit transaction. Banks must evaluate and manage the risks that may arise from their policies and procedures related to their credit products and services.
